Shenye Heavy Equipment (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. Casting Branch (referred to as Shenye Casting) is located at No. 2, Development North 6th Road, Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone (within Shenyang Casting and Forging Industrial Park).

The factory covers an area of 60000 square meters and has a building area of 36879 square meters. Has production capabilities such as sand mold casting, lost foam casting, heat treatment, and mechanical machining.

The molding and core making process in casting production adopts ester hardened water glass sand technology, equipped with one 15 ton electric arc furnace, one 20 ton refining furnace, two 10 ton medium frequency furnaces, two 3-ton medium frequency furnaces, etc. It can produce up to 45 tons of steel castings and up to 6 tons of copper castings. Three heat treatment furnaces can achieve various heat treatment processes such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, and tempering. The machining workshop is equipped with more than 20 machining equipment such as 10 meter vertical lathes and W200HD boring machines.

Shenye has complete casting equipment and advanced production processes, with an annual production capacity of 10000 tons of castings. The company has established a rational testing center with advanced testing methods and complete facilities to ensure the quality of castings. The company focuses on mid to high end casting products, which are used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, petrochemicals, power, and engineering machinery, and are sold to the Americas, Africa, South Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and other regions.
